Ma Po Tofu - 麻婆豆腐 This is the real Sichuan Ma Po Tofu. There has been no rain for the last couple of weeks. So have been thinking of rain &amp the water for the people here..... Vegetable from 39cent/lb to 90cent/lb. Lim Liong left the Da Mei Shan some 70years ago, he was travelling on this river stream from the top of the 4,000m mountain. Then the water is clean &amp clear for the villagese to use &amp drink. Today, looking at the color of the river &amp the pollution of the sky, he must be sad to experience these if he is alive!! N.B. There was not any access road from the top of the moutain to the Nanaun town, except the river or the junggle track's. Rev, Lim never return to Da Mei Shan so deos 3 of his other friends. However, 6 months before he died, he told his fellows members &amp friends that Charlie would be the 1st person to return to the mountain to pay respect to the Holy land. Then I have not met Rev. Lim yet. 3 years after Rev Lim Died, that is 1989 sept. I went to Da Mei Shan the 1st time with my mom's, from the foothill at NanAun town to the Mountain top it took us 7hours with many narrow escape on the tracktor track throught 6 mountains!! 所有人可见上传于2006-08-15 219浏览
I Finished My Bowl of Rice!! When I reached the restaurant in this mountain area, the owner daughter just had her lunch. Wild Flower @ Da Mei Shan This is the wild flower I found @ the Da Mei Shan roadside, which is near the cliff. The enironment is humid, windy, temperature about 80degree, &amp without tripod. Reflection On Yi Min River 依敏河之夜 Yi Min River is one of the place of origin for the northern Mongolian. I am told that the water level is very low now, also more work need to be done to eliminate the pollutions. Not until the waitress, start to prepare the various ingredients.
